Kelly Eckhardt started their career in 2002 as the Director of Human Resources at St. Francis Medical Center. Kelly worked there until 2013 when they joined Hach as an HR Manager. In 2016, Kelly was promoted to Senior Manager of Human Resources, where they supported the Sales & Service division. Kelly then held various roles at Hach, including HR Director of R&D and DBS, Senior HR Director of R&D, DBS, Finance, Innovation, IT, Service, and Strategy. Kelly's most recent role at Hach is Senior HR Director of R&D, DBS, Finance, and IT.

Kelly Eckhardt holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Management from the University of Redlands, completed between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, which they completed between 1983 and 1987. In addition, Kelly Eckhardt has obtained the certification of FOCUSā„¢ Certified Everything DiSCĀ® Facilitator from Focus Performance Systems, Inc. in 2021.
