Federico Pacheco currently serves as the Quality Manager at Hach, starting in September 2024. Previously, Federico held various positions at Carestream from May 2007 to April 2024, culminating in the role of Technical Manager, where responsibilities included leading a 34-member reliability engineering team and implementing Six Sigma initiatives to enhance machine efficiency. Federico's extensive experience also encompasses roles in quality assurance, manufacturing excellence, and technical management, demonstrating a strong focus on quality, operational efficiency, and team development. Prior experience at Eastman Kodak Company included managing process support for the Film Coating business unit and executing production line projects in health imaging. Federico obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Guanajuato between 1992 and 1996.
