Lee Martin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in donor engagement and resource development. Currently serving as Vice President of Donor Engagement and Development Operations at Habitat for Humanity International since 2005, Lee oversees critical functions such as Donor Relations, Development Operations, and global engagement efforts with ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Previous roles include Deputy Director of Collaboration, Support, and Operations and Resource Development and Communications Director for Africa and the Middle East at Habitat for Humanity. Lee's career also includes program management at One With One, Inc., where a 100% job placement rate was achieved for program graduates, and as an Urban Youth Development Trainer for the Peace Corps, focusing on initiatives for at-risk youth. Lee holds an M.B.A. in Public/Not-for-Profit Management from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, and dual Bachelor's degrees in International Relations and Spanish from Syracuse University.
