Lucile Houseworth is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in the non-profit and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville since June 2009, Lucile oversees critical business units, including Marketing and Public Relations, Human Resources, and Grant Fundraising, while also coaching developing managers. Prior roles include Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing at Renasant Bank, where strategic marketing initiatives and rebranding efforts were successfully implemented, and Senior Vice President at SunTrust Bank, with responsibilities in marketing, public relations, and enterprise risk management. Lucile's career began as a consultant at BEI Golembe, specializing in bank mergers and acquisitions. Academic credentials include a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College and further education at Harvard Business School.
