Rudi Nadapdap is an experienced professional in program management and disaster risk reduction, currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager at Habitat for Humanity Indonesia since June 2019. In this role, Rudi develops and oversees program implementation across various Project Areas, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Key Performance Indicators. Prior to this, Rudi held positions such as Disaster Risk Reduction and Response Manager, Field Project Manager at Hivos SEA, and Education Facility Program Coordinator at Putera Sampoerna Foundation, managing communication with stakeholders and implementing disaster preparedness strategies. Rudi’s career at Habitat for Humanity Indonesia began in 2002, where considerable contributions were made to disaster risk management and community empowerment projects. Rudi holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Sapta Taruna and a Diploma degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Lampung.
