Steve Wheatley is an accomplished educational leader and experienced professional with a diverse background in management and teaching. Currently serving as Executive Principal at Haberdashers' Academies Trust South since April 2020, Steve has also been the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Endeavour Partnership Trust since its founding in 2013, after having initially been a Governor at Windrush Primary School. Steve possesses extensive experience in educational consultancy, notably as Lead at Top Training, and has held several key positions including Vice Principal at Harris Academy and Senior Leader at the DfE/NCETM National Maths Hub. Additionally, Steve has a strong background in leisure management, having worked as Contract Manager and General Manager across various organizations, consistently demonstrating an ability to improve operational performance and financial outcomes. Steve holds multiple educational qualifications, including NPQEL and NPQH, alongside degrees in Mathematics and Sports Science, establishing a solid foundation for effective leadership in education.
