Stephen Paine is an experienced data management and analysis professional currently serving as the Head of Data, Analysis and Insight at Haberdashers' Academies Trust South since May 2018. In this role, Stephen focuses on trust-level analysis, modeling, and report development, including Power BI reporting, while also overseeing quality assurance and providing data support to school staff. Stephen has previously held various positions, including Data Manager and Performance Analyst at Haberdashers' Aske's Crayford Academy, and School Business Manager at Novus - Foundations for Change, where responsibilities included managing learner data and developing business processes. As a long-standing Councillor for Maidstone Borough Council since 2008, Stephen has led community projects, safeguarded local resources, and contributed to strategic planning and development as the Cabinet Member for Planning, Transport and Development. Additionally, Stephen has served in various capacities within education and data management organizations, highlighting a robust background in analytics and community service. Stephen holds an MA in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
