Benjamin Rutledge currently serves as the Head of Law and Economics at Haberdashers' Academies Trust South, focusing on enhancing Economics education at GCSE and A Level while developing the A Level Law curriculum. Previously, Benjamin was the Year Leader and an English and Drama Teacher at Prendergast Vale School, overseeing the academic and pastoral care of 120 students in a challenging socioeconomic environment. Benjamin's career also includes roles as an Investigator/Adjudicator at the Financial Ombudsman Service, where skills in resolving complaints and exercising sound judgment were employed, and as a Records Manager on a project team at the UK Ministry of Justice, focused on preserving historical policy files. Educationally, Benjamin holds a PGDE in Education and Leadership from UCL and a BA in Anthropology and Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
