Engeline's earlier experience as a Human Resources Officer at Pusdiklat PSDM involved researching scholarship opportunities and collecting data on scholarship recipients. Engeline holds a Master of Business Administration from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Universitas Sanata Dharma.
