Laurence Ainley is an experienced motorsport professional with a strong background in mechanical roles. Currently serving as the Number 2 mechanic at MoneyGram Haas F1 Team since August 2022, Laurence previously held positions as Number 1 and Number 2 mechanic at United Autosports from March 2018 to August 2022. Prior to that, Laurence worked as a race car technician at In2racing from February 2014 to March 2018. Laurence's educational qualifications include a foundation degree in Motorsport Engineering from Oxford Brookes University (2013-2015) and a degree in Motorsport Engineering from Bridgwater College (2011-2013).
