Ben Vincent is an experienced motorsport technician currently serving as the No.2 mechanic at Haas F1 Team since May 2022, specializing in front-end mechanics. Prior to this role, Ben worked as the No.1 F2 mechanic at Hitech GP from October 2017 to May 2022, where responsibilities included leading mechanics on a new F2 team and serving as chief mechanic for the Asian F3 team. Ben's career also includes working as a No.2 mechanic at Strakka Racing, preparing McLaren GT cars, and as a race technician at Classic Restorations, where skills in rebuilding classic cars were honed. Additionally, experience at Stanbridge Motorsport provided a foundation in preparing single-seater cars for various championships. Ben completed education at the National College of Motorsport from 2013 to 2017.
