General Summary:
MoneyGram Haas F1 Team is looking for a highly talented, multi-disciplined Graphic & Visualization Designer with exceptional 3D skills to join our rapidly growing in-house creative team.
This position reports to the Creative Services Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and showcasing of all team livery designs and core brand assets, whilst simultaneously supporting with ongoing creative design projects and the overall development of the MoneyGram Haas F1 Team brand.
This is a fulltime, office-based role located in Banbury, UK. All applicants must be able to fulfill this requirement from the start date.
Key Responsibilities:
Bringing to life 2D livery design concepts through cutting-edge 3D visualization techniques.
Use of CGI to create flawless photo-realistic renders, animations and impactful visuals.
Livery design support - including paint/vinyl wrapping templates, virtual photoshoots and concept development across race car, team apparel, trucks, motorhome, garages, hospitality suites, etc.
Race week deliverables including livery reference documents and trackside hospitality requests.
Supporting the wider creative team with ongoing graphic design projects.
Asset creation for sales presentations, contracts and broader commercial initiatives.
Production of marketing assets for partnership activations, CRM campaigns and additional communication outlets.
Digital content creation and social media support.
Design for video, including motion graphics and broadcasting animation assets.
Service external stakeholders on collaborative sponsor-specific projects.
Collaborate with marketing colleagues & external suppliers on projects as necessary.
Manage any additional responsibilities assigned by the Creative Services Manager or their designee.
Follow all safety regulations in all venues.
Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments.
Education and Work Experience:
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Solid and surface modelling.
3D Visualisation.
UV Mapping / unwrapping.
Excellent knowledge of modelling, texturing, lighting, UV editing and animation.
Image retouching and photo manipulation.
Motion graphics and video editing.
An all-in attitude, someone that enjoys going the extra mile to ensure creative excellence.
Ability and willingness to learn new methods, techniques and procedures.
Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management skills who plans and delivers with minimal direction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds and to tight deadlines.
An agile, multi-tasking working style, capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong inter-personal and organizational skills.
Ability to solve problems quickly and calmly, often in highly pressured situations.

Work Environment Physical Demands:
An ability to work and prioritize within a high pressure, time sensitive environment while retaining a methodical approach is essential. The role may require occasional domestic travel and a willingness to work long and flexible hours including weekends.
This position may require lifting to 50 pounds, repeated bending, squatting and manual dexterity. Fast-paced work environment requiring heavy mental demands. Work environment includes machinery, race cars, 7-post and other rigs, grinding debris, and hazardous fluids. All employees must ensure compliance with the Company Health and Safety Policy, and all relevant other statutory Health and Safety legislation.
