Riikka Hynninen serves as the Area Director at Norlandia Päiväkodit since January 2023 and has been a Senior Lecturer at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences since January 2020. Previously, Riikka held the position of COO at HopLop Oy from January 2017 to January 2020, managing park operations in Finland and Germany with full P&L responsibility. Prior to that, Riikka was Vice President of Operations at Restel from August 2012 to December 2016 and Chain Director at Rax Ravintolat Oy. Other notable roles include Development Director at Sodexo, Development Manager at HOK Elanto, Product and Development Manager at Tallink Silja Oy, and Field Manager at Ok Osla Hlg. Academically, Riikka holds a Master of Hospitality Management, a Specialist degree in Leadership and Management, and a Bachelor of Hospitality Management, complemented by earlier studies in Business and Administration.
