Stephan Grootswagers has accumulated extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors, currently serving as Projectmanager vastgoed at Haag Wonen since January 2019. Prior work experience includes roles as Kostendeskundige and projectleider at Alphaplan bv, Bouwkostendeskundige at BPD Gebiedsontwikkeling, and Bouwkostenadviseur at IGG Bointon de Groot, along with earlier positions as a junior advisor and graduate intern. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Real Estate & Housing from TU Delft, an Asset Management certification from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate, and IPMA certification. Stephan Grootswagers holds a Bachelor’s degree in Bouwkunde from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
