Marcel Heikens has extensive experience in property management, particularly in the role of VvE Beheerder, with a career spanning several organizations since 2015. Currently at Haag Wonen since February 2020, Marcel manages a VvE portfolio independently, acts as the primary contact for boards and members, leads meetings, executes action points, and ensures exceptional service delivery. Previously, Marcel held similar positions at de Alliantie and VvE Company B.V., implementing consistent responsibilities and achieving high customer satisfaction. Earlier career stages included roles in the financial sector at Rabobank Zaanstreek and Versatel, where Marcel excelled in account management and customer relations. Marcel holds a bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics from HES Amsterdam.
