Lara Banks is the current Director at H2O Midstream. Prior to their current position, Banks was an MBA Candidate at Harvard Business School from September 2009 to May 2011. There, they served as the COO of Energy & Environment Club. Before Harvard, Banks worked as an MBA Intern at EnerNOC from June 2010 to August 2010 where they designed the company's electricity price forecast with accuracy rates comparable to leading third party vendors. Lara also identified new economic demand response opportunities abroad with annual revenue potential of ~$20MM. Additionally, Banks created customer targeting index and financial opportunity tool to aid sales team in capturing this opportunity. After their internship, Banks worked as an Associate at GE Energy Financial Services from July 2011 to October 2012. In this role, they again designed EnerNOC’s electricity price forecast with accuracy rates comparable to leading third party vendors. Lara also identified new economic demand response opportunities abroad with annual revenue potential of ~$20MM and created customer targeting index and financial opportunity tool to aid sales team in capturing this opportunity. Prior to their work in the energy sector, Banks was an Analyst at DC Energy from February 2007 to March 2009.

Lara Banks has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics & Government from Cornell University.
