Holly Magno is an experienced corporate paralegal with a robust background in contract administration, stock plan management, and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Contracts Administrator and Corporate Paralegal at H2O.ai since October 2020, Holly has previously held positions at Ethos Life, Fenwick & West, Kirkland & Ellis LLP, KKR & Co. Inc., Nixon Peabody LLP, Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, and The 3DO Company. Holly’s expertise includes formation and maintenance of start-up companies, equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as SEC filings.
