Philip Alsén currently serves as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Stegra, where the focus is on developing large-scale green steel production in northern Sweden. Previous experience includes a role as Global Talent Acquisition Director at Syncron, where industry shifts toward service-based models were acknowledged. At Klarna, Philip held several positions including Manager of Talent Acquisition, overseeing recruitment for Engineering and Product Management, along with managing proactive recruitment efforts. Prior roles include Senior Research Consultant at Advice Executive Search, Research Assistant at Uppsala University, and Broadcast Engineer at Sveriges Television. Philip holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Uppsala University.
