Tom Soto is an accomplished founder and executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. As the Founder and Managing Partner of D4IR-JMS Impact Partners since June 2021, and Founder of Latimer Partners, LLC since 2007, Tom drives impactful initiatives in the corporate landscape. Additionally, Tom serves as a Senior Advisor at Trndsttrs and holds board positions with notable organizations such as the Natural Resources Defense Council, Clean Energy for America, and the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation. With a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Tom chairs the DEI Committee at NRDC and is an executive member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association. Furthermore, Tom has contributed invaluable leadership as Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the California Science Center. Tom's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA.
