Steven Kozhimala is a Principal and Senior Vice President at H.I.G. Capital, focusing on the Advantage Fund since July 2019, after previously serving as an Associate in the firm from August 2015 to July 2017. Additionally, Steven holds board member positions at BHC since November 2021, which specializes in fire and life safety solutions, and at United Flow Technologies since July 2021, aimed at the municipal and industrial water and wastewater market. Prior to these roles, Steven gained experience as an Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions at Harris Williams & Co. from June 2013 to July 2015. Steven earned an MBA from The Wharton School in 2019 and a B.S. in Economics with a focus on Finance and Accounting from the same institution in 2013, following completion of the International Baccalaureate Diploma at Xaverian High School.
