Santiago De Castro Neira is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment and board leadership roles. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Ransa and Vice President at H.I.G. Capital, Santiago previously held the presidency of the Wharton Alumni Club of Colombia while completing an MBA at The Wharton School. Past experience includes being a Summer Associate at Equity International, where investment analyses were developed, and serving as the youngest Board member at Oleoducto Central S.A. OCENSA. Santiago’s career also includes roles at Advent International and Pfizer, alongside a solid academic foundation with dual degrees in Economics and Law from Universidad de los Andes and an MBA from Wharton.
