Julian Beglin, GISP, is an experienced Associate and Project Manager at H.F. Lenz Company since October 2005. Prior to this role, Julian served as an Engineer/GIS Specialist at The EADS Group from January 2003 to October 2005 and as a Utility Planning Coordinator at Laurel Holdings, Inc. from June 1998 to December 2002. In addition to extensive industry experience, Julian held the position of Chair of the Outreach Committee for the Geographic Information Systems Certification Institute from June 2012 to June 2014. Julian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Anglia Ruskin University, achieved from 1995 to 1998, and a National Diploma in Engineering from East Surrey College, completed between 1993 and 1995.
