Aaron Tompkins has over 30 years of experience in engineering and construction management. Currently, at H.F. Lenz Company since 2006, Aaron serves in Field Services and Construction Management, focused on commissioning and submittal review. Prior to this role, from 2000 to 2006, Aaron was a Staff Engineer Level II at LANCORP Advance Systems, working on pollution prevention and specializing in Department of Defense Small Business Innovation Research projects. Aaron's career began at Griffith and Petz Inc., where responsibilities included project management, estimation, and supervision. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, obtained between 1989 and 1994.
