Victor Diaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and logistics leadership across military and academic settings. Currently serving as Senior Operations Leader at H-E-B since April 2020, Victor previously held the position of Professor of Military Science and Department Chair at Texas A&M University-Kingsville, where responsibilities included managing Army ROTC programs. Victor's military career includes roles as Chief Logistics Operations Officer in the US Army, where strategic supply chain management was directed for a large multi-national organization, and as Senior Logistics Manager at the 75th Ranger Regiment, overseeing logistics for a 4,000-person unit with significant budget authority.
