Wael Ali is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at H.B. Fuller since January 2018, Wael Ali provides strategic direction and focuses on enhancing EHS, QMS, and GMP implementation standards. Previous roles include Engineering & Maintenance Manager at EGYBELG, where preventative maintenance programs were established, and Sector Engineering Manager at WADI Group, managing maintenance activities for multiple production lines and factory utilities. Wael Ali also held the position of Maintenance Manager at Senyorita for Food Industries, overseeing plant maintenance, and served as Senior Maintenance Supervisor Engineer at Fromageries Bel. Beginning a career at Beyti as a Maintenance Shift Leader, Wael Ali is equipped with a Master of Business Administration in Global Business Administration and Management from ESLSCA University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Power from Zagazig University.
