Shahbaz (Boz) Malik is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the construction materials industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of the Global Construction Adhesives Business at H.B. Fuller since December 2019, overseeing a $600 million global P&L and leading over 1,000 employees. Prior roles include Vice President and Business Leader for North America Distribution at Masonite International and Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain at Continental Building Products, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive sales and logistics management. Shahbaz has held significant positions at Owens Corning, American Woodmark Corporation, Johns Manville, and GE Consumer & Industrial, accumulating a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, and business transformation. Shahbaz earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
