Patrick Seul is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Senior SEC Counsel at H.B. Fuller since March 2023. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at EVO Transportation, overseeing corporate governance and advising on significant transactions and litigation matters. Patrick's experience includes serving as a shareholder at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A., where guidance was provided to public and private companies on corporate law, governance, and compliance, as well as launching a notable private real estate fund. Previous positions include associate roles at Proskauer Rose LLP, managing substantial public equity offerings, and Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, where Patrick conducted legal due diligence and drafted key organizational documents. Patrick earned a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian and Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
