Katy Garnham-Lee, PhD, currently serves as Early Careers Lead at Gymshark, responsible for managing all aspects of Early Careers programs. Prior experience includes roles at Gymshark as Global Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Executive for Tech & Data. Previously, Katy held the position of Senior Researcher for the IT, Technology & Digital Leadership Practice at Berwick Partners, where the focus was on recruiting senior IT leadership. Katy’s academic background includes a PhD in Exercise Psychology and extensive teaching experience at Loughborough University, where project management and group teaching were key responsibilities. Katy's educational qualifications include an MSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology and a BSc (HONS) in Sport Science, Development and Economics, both obtained from Liverpool John Moores University.
