Roc Pilon has a long history of success in the business world. In 2014, they founded GYMREAPERS, a manufacturer of premium fitness equipment and apparel. In 2021, GYMREAPERS was listed on Inc 5000 at #521, and in 2022, they were listed at #291. In 2022, they were also awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Regional). In 2015, they joined Bitterroot Holdings as VP of Operations and Operations Supervisor, where they were responsible for overseeing facility maintenance and operations for large real estate assets, establishing and developing vendor relationships, overseeing projects, and working with the CFO, President, and CEO to develop and build proper budgets related to operations. In 2020, they founded and became the owner of Pilon Corporation.

Roc Pilon attended Boise State University from 2012 to 2017, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business.
