Claire Champeville is an experienced professional in the agro-food industry, currently serving as Responsable industrialisation and R&D project manager at Gyma since April 2018. Champeville has managed various projects focused on the development of new sauces for major Food Service clients such as McDonald's, Burger King, and KFC, overseeing all stages from client briefs to production. Previous experience includes roles at Danone Early Life Nutrition as a Product Developer for infant cereals and at Groupe POULT as a Research and Development project manager, where Champeville worked on palm oil-free biscuit development. Educational qualifications include an engineering degree in agriculture with a specialization in food science from Ecole d'Ingenieurs de PURPAN, along with international experience gained during an Erasmus semester at Corvinus University of Budapest.
