Claire Champeville is an experienced professional in the agro-food industry, currently serving as Responsable industrialisation and R&D project manager at Gyma since April 2018. Champeville has managed various projects focused on the development of new sauces for major Food Service clients such as McDonald's, Burger King, and KFC, overseeing all stages from client briefs to production.
