Alexeis Martinez Leon has a decade of work experience. Alexeis began their career in 2007 as an Ingeniero de Redes for the Gobierno de Santiago de Cuba. In 2008, they moved into a Director role at Joven Club de Computación y Electrónica. In 2012, they joined Datys as a Project Manager and Senior Software Developer. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Software Developer at GYFTED.

Alexeis Martinez Leon has a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Universidad de Oriente (Cuba), which they obtained between 2010 and 2014. Alexeis also has a Licentiate degree in Computer Science from the same university, which they obtained between 2002 and 2007. Additionally, they have two Scrum Foundation Professional Certificates from CertiProf, one obtained in June 2020 and the other in August 2020.
