Rajat Sharma is a seasoned professional with a strong background in process engineering and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at GXO Logistics, Inc., since January 2023, Rajat has successfully led Lean management and Continuous Improvement projects, achieving a productivity increase of 15% and implementing cost-effective solutions. Previous experience includes a role as a Supply Chain Specialist at Danone, where logistics flow issues were investigated and resolved. Rajat holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Politecnico di Milano, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University. Additionally, Rajat has participated in various projects utilizing Six Sigma tools and has experience in mentoring and team supervision.
