Joe Emick is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Art Therapist at Caron Treatment Centers, a position held since January 2011. Prior experience includes serving as an Art Therapy Intern at NIH from August 2009 to May 2010, where services were provided to a diverse clientele within the NIH clinical hospital. From March 1997 to July 2004, Joe Emick worked as a Project Architect and Manager at Hablinski-Manion Architects, focusing on high-end residential projects. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Art Therapy/Counseling from The George Washington University (2008-2010) and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Virginia (1981-1985).
