Brent Harris MD, PhD, FCAP serves as the Co-Director of Histopathology and Tissue Shared Resource and the Director of both the Georgetown Brain Bank and the POND Brain Bank at Georgetown University Medical Center. Additionally, Brent Harris holds the positions of Co-Chair of the Biospecimen Use Committee and Chair of the Research Integrity Committee at Georgetown University. Professional experience includes serving as Director of Neuropathology and Attending Neuropathologist at MedStar Health and as Adjunct Associate Professor of Pathology at both Howard University Hospital and The George Washington University. Educational qualifications include an MD and PhD from Georgetown University School of Medicine and training in the Department of Pathology at Stanford University.
