Dinko Visnjevac has extensive experience in property management and financial services, holding multiple roles at GWL Realty Advisors since October 2018, including Senior Property Manager and Community Manager. Prior to that, Dinko served as a Revenue Accountant at MetCap Living Management Inc, managing tenant adjustments and financial reconciliations. Dinko's career includes founding and managing Cakum Pakum, a property management and maintenance company, where operational and financial frameworks were developed. Earlier positions include Loans Counselor at the Development Bank of Vojvodina and Business Advisor at Banca Intesa, where skills in financial assessment and client relations were honed.
