Emma Endaya is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of management experience specializing in Customer Experience and Customer Support across various industries. Currently serving as Division Director for Customer Care at Gwinnett County Government, Emma leads multiple divisions within the Department of Water Resources. Prior roles include Global Head and AVP for Customer Experience at The Filipino Channel, where Emma oversaw customer support operations globally, and Director for Customer Services Division at Bayan Telecommunication, where Emma was instrumental in establishing one of the largest contact centers in the Philippines. Emma began their career at McDonald's Corporation, progressing through various management roles.
