Donald "Louis" Gruver, Jr. is an experienced event manager and planner, known as "The Event Guy," specializing in small to mid-sized events as well as collaborating on larger scale gatherings. With a career spanning from January 2004 to the present, Donald has managed various aspects of event planning, including contract negotiations, staff supervision, and scheduling. In addition to event management, Donald has also contributed to education as a substitute teacher since 2004, providing classroom management and developing lesson plans. Furthermore, Donald has held positions in community organizations, including the Community Assistance Center and various schools, where responsibilities included coordinating events and supervising teams in lacrosse. Donald holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh.
