Fabio Morais is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the wind energy and automotive industries. Currently serving as Gerente de operações and previously as Coordenador de operações at GWind since March 2021, Fabio has extensive expertise in project planning, client relations, budgeting, and logistics. Prior positions include supervisory roles at WindCom, TECSIS, Multiaços, and Tec-Man, where responsibilities encompassed production management, quality assurance, and the implementation of process improvement strategies including Lean Manufacturing. Fabio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Anhanguera Educacional, a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Centro Universitário Braz Cubas, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at Universidade Federal de São Carlos, expected to complete in December 2025.
