Maureen Anderson, Ed.D. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Maureen most recently served as the Director of Education at Gwen's Girls since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant and Researcher at RefocusED, Inc. starting in April 2018. Before that, they held the role of Director of Programs and Operations at Voices Against Violence from February 2019 to February 2023.

In their earlier career, Maureen worked at City Charter High School, first as an Activities Director from August 2012 to April 2018, and then as a Career Readiness & Post-High School Planning Teacher from May 2003 to August 2012.
