Jill Fox, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jill started their career as a Legal Administrative Assistant at Foley & Lardner LLP, where they provided crucial support to several Partners in litigation and property tax appeal work. Jill drafted legal documents, prepared correspondence, and managed court filings.

In 2006, Jill transitioned to Accentance, LLC, where they worked as a Transcriptionist. Jill was responsible for transcribing various materials with accuracy and efficiency.

Following their tenure at Accentance, Jill ventured into entrepreneurship, founding their own business called Not Just Cake. As the Owner and Sole Proprietor, they successfully managed all aspects of the business from its establishment in 2009 until 2011.

Jill then joined New Lenox School District in 2011, initially as a Technology Specialist. In this role, they ensured the functionality of school computers, performed troubleshooting, and scheduled maintenance. Later, they became the Office Manager/Administrative Assistant, overseeing office operations and providing administrative support to administrators, teachers, and students.

Since 2019, Jill has been associated with G&W Electric Co. Jill started as a Human Resources Assistant and quickly progressed to the role of Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator. Jill'sresponsibilities encompassed various HR functions, including payroll, talent acquisition, HRIS, training, and performance management. Currently, they serve as a Human Resources Specialist, delivering accurate and confidential work product in all HR areas.

Jill Fox, PHR, has a background in Business Administration and Management, General from Prairie State College. Jill obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HRCI in March 2023, and prior to that, they acquired an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification in April 2021, also from the HRCI.
