Leopoldo Guzman serves as Chairman of Guzman Energy, LLC, and also holds the positions of Chairman, President, and CEO of Guzman & Company, an institutional broker dealer and investment bank known for its execution quality. With a career spanning several decades, Guzman's previous roles include Chief Investment Officer at Gulf Investments Company, Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions Division of The Chase Manhattan Bank, and Associate in Corporate Finance at Lazard Frères & Co. Guzman holds an MBA in Finance from Stanford University and a BS in Operations Research from Columbia Engineering.
