Minciunescu Bogdan currently serves as Subprefect of Argeș County at the Romanian Government within the Ministry of Internal Affairs since January 2022. Prior to this role, Minciunescu worked at Groupe Renault from December 2015 to January 2022, holding various positions including Manager of Digital Analytics and Reporting, Management Consultant, Industrial Performance Manager, and Lean Manufacturing Coach. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as Engineering Industrial Project Manager at Vauxhall Motors Ltd in the UK in mid-2015 and multiple engineering project management roles at Groupe Renault between 2007 and 2015. Minciunescu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universitatea „1 Decembrie 1918” din Alba Iulia, a Bachelor’s in Economic Sciences from Universitatea de Stat din Pitești, a diploma in emergency management from Université de Technologie de Compiègne and the National Center for Emergency Management Training, and a specialized training diploma for public office from the National Institute of Administration in Bucharest.
