Melissa Stillman is a Senior Research Associate at the Guttmacher Institute, with experience in public health and family planning research since October 2013. Previously served as an intern at FHI 360, where responsibilities included planning and implementing a USAID-funded community-based family planning project in Uganda, and conducting training for community health workers. Also interned at the World Health Organization and has a background in managing a boutique hotel and restaurant. Volunteered in a family planning center, maternity ward, and primary school, focusing on community outreach and health education. Holds a Master of Science in Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Hamilton College.
