Luke Brambir is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as Manager of Learning & Development at Gusto since September 2023. Prior to this role, Luke spent over seven years at Meta, where key responsibilities included leading a team focused on interview operations, streamlining training processes for over 12,000 interviewers, and successfully managing training programs across multiple business areas. Luke's expertise extends to operations and program management, as demonstrated through various roles at Meta, including Lead and Program Manager positions in Interview Operations & Programs. Earlier experience includes teaching English in Korea and managing concert events at Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the Metropolitan State University of Denver.
