Lain McGrath is a skilled Software Engineer at Gusto, with experience in various roles including Engineering Bootcamp Fellow and positions focused on Benefit Transfers Fulfillment and Member Fulfillment, starting in April 2017. Prior to Gusto, Lain served as a Data Quality Coordinator at Urban Peak from July 2015 to April 2017, where the mission was to empower youth experiencing homelessness. Lain's volunteer work includes serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer from September 2012 to April 2014, promoting peace and friendship, and as an AmeriCorps VISTA Volunteer from October 2010 to October 2011, focusing on poverty alleviation. Lain graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Northern Michigan University (2005-2009) and furthered education at Turing School of Software & Design (2019-2020).
