Antoinette Pollack, MSW, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and social work. Currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Gusto since April 2019, Antoinette acts as a business partner and executive advisor to key leadership in General and Administrative functions and Enterprise teams, focusing on enhancing team productivity and fostering an equitable employee experience. Previously, Antoinette held roles at Coinbase as a Customer Engagement Manager and at BetterDoctor as a Customer & Operations Manager in Compliance & Legal Operations. Antoinette's earlier experience includes Provider Support Manager at CancerCare and Oncology Social Worker at DOROT. Antoinette holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with an Anthropology Minor from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
