Michel Sancovich has work experience in various roles and companies. Michel started their career as a Técnico em Informática at Fundação de Ensino Superior do Vale do Sapucaí from September 2006 to July 2008, where they contributed to IT processes in four campuses and performed tasks such as network management, training, HTML, and PC support.

From July 2008 to May 2011, they worked as an Analista/Desenvolvedor at Liveware Tecnologia a Servico LTDA, specializing in the development and maintenance of telecom and management systems using Java EE.

Michel then joined Risc Automação from May 2011 to October 2013 as an Analista de Sistemas II, gaining experience in supervisory development, network management, and software implementation projects for clients such as AMBEV.

Michel was the Owner of Websoft Soluções em T.I. from October 2011 to October 2016, where they managed their own business.

Michel worked as a Software Engineer at Mutare from October 2013 to March 2014.

Michel then joined Leucotron in August 2014 as an Analista de Produtos, participating in pre-sales support, portfolio management, and customized projects until January 2021.

Lastly, they are currently working at Gupshup as a Customer Support Engineer, starting from January 2021.

Michel Sancovich has a diverse education history. Michel obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Universidade Federal de Lavras from 2009 to 2011 and earned a degree in Software Engineering with a focus on Open Source Software. Their undergraduate studies were completed at Universidade do Vale do Sapucaí - UNIVÁS, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from 2005 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Michel Sancovich has also obtained several certifications. These include the Scrum Foundations Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf, which they obtained in June 2020. Michel also holds certifications in Rational Application Developer from IBM (obtained in March 2007), Windows Server 2003 Implementation from Brás & Figueiredo (obtained in January 2006), Windows 2003 Management and Maintenance from Brás & Figueiredo (obtained in July 2006), and Computer Assembly/Maintenance/Networking from SENAI (obtained in January 2004).
