Wei Wang is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in trading and liquidity management. Currently serving as a Derivatives Trader at Guotai Junan International since August 2022, Wei previously held the position of Vice President in the Treasury Department at Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited, overseeing liquidity management and financial strategies from June 2020 to August 2022. Wei’s career also includes significant roles at China Development Bank as the Head of Liquidity Management and Bond Investment, and at BNP Paribas and Citi, where expertise in equity derivatives technology and application development was honed. Wei began a career in the finance sector at RBS, developing a Primary Order Management System for equity derivatives. Wei holds a Master of Science in Advanced Computing from Imperial College London, earned in 2007.
