Ä°brahim Tepe is currently a Business Application Support Analyst at Gunvor Group Ltd since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ä°brahim served as a Software Support Analyst at Sovos from May 2022 to May 2023, where responsibilities included providing advanced IT client support in cloud and on-premise environments via Salesforce, managing client requests based on service level agreements, and analyzing data using various tools. Ä°brahim also worked with MySQL databases to address client errors and updated visual designs in e-Invoices through XSLT. Collaborative efforts were made with Sales, Software Development, and Product teams using JIRA, and contributions were made in the Software Development Life Cycle, particularly in testing. Ä°brahim holds a Bachelor's degree in German Language Teaching from Anadolu University, completed between 2015 and 2020.
