Shawn is an authentic, approachable, and dedicated consultant who seeks out projects that require extensive collaboration with others. Shawn is passionate about working with a diverse team and leveraging strengths to accomplish goals and solve complex problems. Before joining TGG, Shawn worked in the non-profit sector focusing on operations, program management, and training systems. Shawn holds a B.S. in Behavioral Psychology from Brigham Young University and a M.A. in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.
